ALL recycled items and sale items are NOT eligible for a refund. In some cases, an exchange for store credit will be possible.

If you are unhappy with your item please contact me and provide the details of what you are unhappy with.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If sale merchandise is returned without my authorization, I am not responsible for accepting the return or resending merchandise back to customer.

We will accept returns/exchanges for any full price items that comply with our following returns policy: 

  1. Full-price items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Merchandise with signs of being worn, or postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. All items must be unworn and come with the original tag still on the item. I reserve the right not to return based on the condition of the returned merchandise.


RETURN TO SENDER/INVALID ADDRESSES: 

In the case that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for items that damage from customer wear.

how to return

I do not cover your return shipping cost- you are responsible for any shipping costs to send your returns/exchanges back to my studio.

STEP 1:  Fill out the return form here.

STEP 2: Download/print a copy of your invoice.

STEP 3: Pack up your items- make sure to include the copy of your invoice in your package.

STEP 4:  Ship your returns/exchanges to the below address:

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.

For a Return:

  • You will receive an email notification of the return once it has been processed.

  • You can choose to receive a refund or online credit, as indicated on the returns/exchange form.

  • Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your account statement after processing on our end, depending on your bank.

  • Online credit is issued immediately after processing the return. An online credit code will be emailed to you.
